Life Transitions

It’s been a while now you know something has to change.

Most of the time, you feel exhausted, tired, and stressed. You feel like you are on “auto-pilot,” and what was clear and made sense before doesn’t anymore. Maybe it was never clear…

You want to feel joy, be excited, and the rest of your life to be the best life that you can have.

You know that something must change. But change can be scary, and you don’t even know where to begin.

Here is the truth: If you don’t try, you’ll never know how amazing your life can be.

Finding out what you want to do or who you want to be can be fun. The journey to where you want to go can be exciting.

And when you get there… it will feel amazing!

I can help you make it happen.

I spent the past two decades exploring change and decision-making processes.

This research led me to the realization that change is movement.

Without movement, we will die (our hearts will not beat, our blood will not flow, and we will not breathe).

Without movement, there will be no communication and interactions (facial expressions, talking, hugs, and touch).

Without movement, the world will not spin, there will be no rain or wind, plants will not grow. Without movement, there is no life.

And movement is CHANGE.

I learned to love and welcome change and teach my clients how to enjoy embracing change and making significant decisions, big or small.

Over the years of exploration, I created the Balansa Method to support my clients.

The Balansa Method combines approaches and perspectives to create a whole and unique package that gives overall support through the transition:

  • Management and leadership tools from the software development world will help you get the big picture while also attending to details, communication, and interaction in a way that will support your journey.
  • Movement analysis tools and perspectives will help you be more conscious of your patterns and the patterns of those around you. Recognizing patterns is the first step when creating change and making decisions.
  • Somatic work, such as mindfulness and other body-mind-spirit practices, will support you through the process by helping you feel stable, confident, focused, empowered, and determined.

Own the change.

We can’t always control the changes and circumstances, but we CAN control our response. That’s how we own the change.

As someone who has faced and initiated many changes, I can easily identify with you. I know how scary the search and the journey can be, and taking the first step is not easy.

I believe everyone knows what is best for them and can get there if they get the proper support and tools.

That’s why I will never judge and always lead you without bias. I’m here to provide you with empathetic support and compassion, giving you the confidence to step out of your comfort zone and reach the stars.
